PromoArh - Construction Trade Fair
PromoArh – 1. International Construction Trade Fair is the first specialised event of this kind that was held in Poreč from 18 to 21 September this year. The Ministry was involved in the event through the participation of State Secretary Željko Uhlir, M.Sc., who delivered a presentation on the topic of "Property valuation", while Assistant Minister Assist.Prof. Maja-Marija Nahod, Ph.D., participated in the panel discussion "(Re)animation of the construction industry under public sector support".
An interesting exhibition programme has presented companies that cover all aspects of the construction trade in a wider sense, including building, equipment and interior design, through their offer of construction materials, machinery, equipment and tools, green building materials and systems, equipment and design of interiors and exteriors, BIM – programme solutions, information solutions for smart houses, and many more.
Besides the exhibition part, the fair has offered a rich professional segment entitled Education Point and envisaged as a centre for gathering top domestic and international professionals who have shared their expertise through trainings, seminars, lectures, panel discussions and workshops, exchanging thereby information and ideas and enabling professionals to come together and to improve their competencies, with the aim of being familiar with novelties, regulations, technologies and trends in the construction industry - all this representing an essential element in life-long learning and improvement.
